Lost or stolen debit cards:
If you are calling outside of business hours, please contact the FIS Lost/Stolen card hotline at 1-800-500-1044.
Please notify Great North Bank at 844.688.4844 if you suspect your debit card to be lost or stolen. Suspected cards will have a temporary block put on them until the customer is notified. If the transactions in question are confirmed fraud, the card will be closed and a new card will be ordered.
ATMs
Get cash or check your account balances from our conveniently located ATMs 24-hours a day, seven days a week. You don’t have to wait until the bank is open to withdraw money from your account. Our Great North Bank cardholders DO NOT pay a surcharge for transactions at any of our ATMs.
